I, Dyazia Pride, am the founder and owner of Newie's Bakery, my family plays a huge role in the running of my business. The name Newie was given to me from my Mother when I was around the age of three, and the name stuck. Growing up it was always a struggle finding delicious and savory sweets, especially ones that worked with my special diet. Meaning Dietary Issues, such as gluten-free, dairy free, soy free, and vegan friendly. Growing up it was a bit of a challenge trying to find a bakery that specialized in these areas, but don’t worry we make “normal” sweets as well. So at the age of 12 I decided that enough was enough, and I created multiple recipes for all kinds of allergies.
